Complaint from Kristen Lunsford Groton, CTabout 3 years agoMultiple times that I’ve called for my one year old I’ve been turned away. Keep in mind this is the dr she’s had since birth. I called previously for an ER visit follow up and was told if the nurse thought she needed an appointment she’d call me. I called today because my daughter is sick and was told they are fully booked for the day and I could keep calling till I got an appointment
